PETE AND THE FREAK TEARING IT UP FROM LAST YEAR - BACK BLASTING IN THE 619!



For those of you who don't know, Derik and I have been pounding it hard since 1994. Derik and I both belonged to Sevig's Iron House, back in the day, the "hardcore" dirty little mecca of central Massachusetts...it was at Sevig's that we first learned the art of bodybuilding - nutrition, posing, and hard, hard training...back in MASS, there was no such thing as going easy...we just didn't do it. There was a quote over the squat rack, and an old black-and-white photo of some HUGE beefy, tattooed, long-haired wrestler dude taped to the mirror, with the quote that said,
"GO HEAVY OR GO HOME...THIS PLACE IS HELL...FIND A COOLER PLACE..."

Anyway, that spirit followed the both of us to the West Coast, where we still scrap, tooth and nail, day in and day out, giving all we can to our clients, to our passion, to those around us...It is in our new home, the New Mecca, 619 MUSCLE, that we find a nest for our passion - we feed off the energy around us, and hopefully give back to feed those around us...

the only obligation we have in life is to pursue and achieve our dreams...
Derik and I are working hard each day to live those dreams...
