TEAM 619 MUSCLE ROCKS J-NATS AND JR CALS!
2 time Mr. Olympia, Jay Cutler, looked unreal, guest posing at the Jr. Cals this weekend! healthy, and fit at over 290lbs (eating In and Out burgers for lunch!) We'll see Jay on August 22nd, at our 3rd Annual Jay Cutler Day Parking Lot bash (more details in last week's blog) but we want to say KEEP ON ROCKIN', JAY! - my money's on this East Coast brother!
And making his stage debut, Little Jay - aka Trevor - he'll be making his 2nd guest posing appearance at the 619 Muscle Bash too! So be sure to check him out!
GO TEAM!
That's all I got to say.
A big congrats to Big MALACHI WALKER who just pulled off an amazing string of wins this past contest season -
1st place 2008 Excalibur Middleweight class!
1st place 2009 California Middleweight class!
1st place 2009 Jr. Nationals, Middleweight class just this past weekend - hear more about it in his MD interview! Oooh yeah! Go MALACHI!

And making his 2nd appearance on the competition stage, Jason Golumbfskie - Jason worked hard all year, preparing to make a mark on the local scene - and he did just that - transforming his body to take honors in both the novice and open classes at the Jr. California this past weekend! Great job, Jason!
Mike Bautista, on his way to Vegas in 5 weeks, made an appearance to polish up his posing routine. Always a highlight of any show, Mike B's twirls and lunging poses added a high degree of entertainment value and difficulty to the show stage! go Mike and good luck in Vegas in just a few more weeks!
And in her debut to the competitive stage, our new shining star, Kristine Wilkes - accomplished her longtime goal of donning the heels and the sparkly suit and getting up on that stage. She took home brass in the Masters 45+, Masters 35+ and in the open Figure class D. Go Ms. Kris! congratulations. Ms. Kris was the senior competitor on the stage, standing with girls in some cases 1/2 her age. Ms. Kris is our hero - proving that hard work, drive, determination and focus will lead to successful outcomes, no matter what the obstacles. Keep on rockin', Ms. Kris!
CONGRATULATIONS Malachi, Mike, Jason and Kris!
It's almost Bash time in the 619! Stay tuned for more!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Malachi all the way from Sweetwater, Texas - a Paradise Hills guy stuck in the Lone Star State - as I watched you progress through the pictures posted on MD; enjoyed your interview with Dave Palumbo; way to represent SD baby!
