This year's 619 MUSCLE BASH will be crazy!
Special guests include my dear friend, Orlando Europa Show of Champions victor, TROY ALVES! We weren't sure if his schedule would let Troy free to join us, but his sponsor, Nutrex, is helping him get out to the 619 again this year!

Yey! Super! Awesome! That's what I was waiting for....:) A little late notice but I'll do my best. So bench is at around 2:30pm? Do you know what time the Pump Your Guns is? I really would love to do both....
