motivational vidoes pete, I look up to those of your caliber as well as those below and beyond not stopping the inspiration I am to little ones and people around me. I am not in the greatest of fitness but mentally I come to notice it is not all just about the looks its a combo of many things put together or broken apart that makes us a hero to all if not few. chinese proverb "from mulan": it only takes a grain of rice to tip the scale.
