"Back" to the grind!



Back pounding, hard-core. It's growin' time! Watch me do pull ups...hahaha...not too bad for a bottom-heavy italian boy! ;) I'll get better as the diet kicks in, though!

Aahaha! Vess! Nah, man, by fat butt is only able to get about 8 reps with good form...I'm sure your super hero lean and mean physique could crank out those pull ups like nobody's business!! but, thanks for the challenge, champ!

I like Vitargo, especially pre-contest, helps recover from high rep workouts.
