At 619 MUSCLE, we are a family of individuals who share a common passion.

We are a group of athletes, and we believe that there is a hardcore athlete inside each of us, no matter who you are.

• YOU are welcomed if you train hard, and ask more of yourself, with the goal of growth - physical growth as well as spiritual, personal growth.

Testing your limits, pushing beyond, asking more of yourself, giving back, pouring your heart into what you do - leading by example...these are the values we share.

We are not a clique.

Hell, each of us, bodybuilders, figure athletes, shmoe-to-hero, each of us, we all are nothing more than fired up, impassioned people, unsatisfied with our current state, chasing the dream of self-actualization, and DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT! We draw energy from each other. We live for the love of the game. You're in it? YOU'RE IN.

We live a circus world of self-improvement that some may misunderstand - they call us vain, call us selfish or self-centered...heck, we are only doing what God put us here to do.

We are fighting hard, reaching out, striving, driving to be the absolute best we can be...achieving our own personal potential - on the stage, in the gym, on the playing field, on the matt, under the squat bar, in the office, in church, with our children, with our friends, our families...we are working hard, doing the best we can. We are superheroes. We are 619 MUSCLE.
