It's been a busy spring - My apologies for the look of the site - it's a work in progress, and the blog went down in May - we were able to resurrect it, thankfully - but stay tuned because 619muscle.com is about to get AWESOME!

We're in the final stages now of launching our online store, and our full-service blog and online nutrition / training resource center!! So watch out!!

It's the 619 Muscle Annual Parking Lot Bash and Supplement Expo - IV!!

3-time Mr. Olympia, MR. Jay CUTLER!! will be here, and this will likely be his "last stop" once again, before he returns home to Vegas to put the final touches on his Olympia physique!! Go Jay - one more time baby!

We'll also be featuring guest speakers including industry legend and nutritional expert, MD columnist, Anthony Almada of Vitargo/GenR8 - wait til you hear what secrets he will share with you about performance nutrition and how to get the most out of your supplement program!! For those of you not familiar with your Sports Nutrition history, Anthony Almada is one of the founders of the biggest, most influential companies in the game, yep - EAS!! Anthony will be here...yep, seriously!!
